Did you know that wood is very hygienic to use| It has naturally antibacterial properties, so germs don't stand a chance. It also absorbs almost no odours or aromas.

To clean it, it is sufficient to remove dough residues with a damp cloth or briefly rinse it with washing-up liquid. It is only important to dry them well. We recommend rubbing the rolling pin with neutral oil from time to time - we prefer odourless rapeseed oil, it ensures that water is not absorbed so quickly by the wood, colouring food does not leave stains so quickly and that the wood retains its original colour.
