The baking tray with transport cover by Birkmann from the Basic Baking series is ideal for baking but also for transporting pastries and other food. It is made of high-quality carbon steel with perfect non-stick properties. The lid is made of food-safe plastic and impresses with two handles for a secure hold and clip closures on the sides. The baking tray can be used for baking without any problems and is heat-resistant up to 230 °C. However, the transport cover should only be attached to the cooled baking tray. After baking or transporting, the plastic lid can simply be put in the dishwasher and the baking tray gently cleaned by hand.
