The very simple solution: The cake remover by Birkmann from the Easy Baking series. Loosen and remove your cake, pies or other baked goods from the mould easily and without much effort. Thanks to the food-safe silicone, the cake remover prevents the mould from being scratched, even on delicate and non-stick surfaces. Afterwards, it can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher and then hung on the kitchen hook to save space and keep it handy at all times.

Caution: Allow your cake to cool a little before removing it from the mould with the cake remover.
