With its smooth exterior, the dough spoon can be used like a scraper and the indentation in the middle means that even the last bit of dough can be removed cleanly. Thanks to the food-safe silicone with a balanced metal core, it sits ideally in the hand and, thanks to the flexible material, adapts to any shape without scratching the surface. The scrapoon is heat-resistant up to 230 degrees, but does not conduct heat further, so you don't have to worry about burning yourself when stirring hot food.
