Our baking pans are available in various materials, including aluminium. In contrast to steel, an aluminium baking tin is much lighter and still offers a unitary baking result.

Aluminium itself has very good heat conduction properties, which means that cakes can bake particularly evenly in it. In addition, an aluminium baking pan stores less heat than, for example, baking pans made of steel, which is why the pans cool down again quickly after baking. The risk of burning is therefore significantly reduced. Furthermore, cakes and pastries can be easily removed from the pan after baking thanks to the high-end non-stick coating.

Cleaning is just as easy: with warm water and a light detergent, the aluminium baking pan can quickly be freed from residues and is immediately ready to use again. However, you should avoid using scouring pads when cleaning. To ensure a high-quality seal, the aluminium baking pan is coated with a protective layer. As soon as the surface has been damaged by steel wool, knives or similar, the protective layer can no longer guarantee a continuous seal. Take care of your aluminium baking tin and you will enjoy it for a long time!
