Product features and recommendations
Our baking pans are made of high-quality carbon steel, which ensures even heat distribution and optimum baking results.
The durable non-stick coating makes it easy to release the baked goods and facilitates cleaning.
The robust material guarantees dimensional stability and a long service life so that you can enjoy your baking tin for a long time.
The baking pans are suitable for use in conventional ovens up to a temperature of 230°C. Do not use an empty baking tin in the oven, as the product quality may be impaired.
To protect the non-stick coating, please only use heat-resistant kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or plastic. Do not use knives or sharp objects, as these can scratch the surface of the product.
We recommend lightly greasing the baking pan before first use to achieve the best baking results.
Leave the cake to cool slightly in the pan. Before turning the cake over or removing it from the tin, use a plastic cake remover or wooden stick to carefully loosen it from the sides of the pan.
For non-stick baking pans, we recommend lightly rubbing the inside with vegetable oil. Then rinse with hot water and dry well. The resulting protective film ensures a long service life and supports the non-stick effect. We recommend repeating this process from time to time.

Cleaning
Baking tools made of wood or with wooden handles should be cleaned by hand. Use warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid soaking in water as this could damage the wood. Wooden baking tools are not dishwasher-safe.
Dry the products carefully immediately after cleaning to avoid cracks or deformation.
To care for the wood, you can occasionally rub it with a little cooking oil to protect the natural surface and prolong its life.
Store the baking tools in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight or high humidity to keep the wood in the best condition.
The covers can be machine washed at 30°C with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener to avoid damaging the fibres.
Allow to air dry after washing. The use of a tumble dryer is not recommended in order to maintain the structure and fit.
Stubborn stains can be treated with a gentle stain remover before washing.
