How and when does Birkmann.de deliver?

For an order value below € 25.00, € 3.50 will be charged for postage/shipping in Germany. For orders over €25.00, shipping is free of charge.
For an order value below € 25.00, € 5.95€ will be charged for postage/shipping in Austria. For order over € 25.00, shipping is free of charge.

After your order at birkmann.de you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This will give you an overview of the goods ordered and the shipping information.

As soon as we receive the confirmation of your payment, your shipment will be sent and you will receive another e-mail with information on tracking. You can check the status of your order at any time via the user account as well as via the homepage of our carrier DHL using the parcel tracking number provided.

At the time of receiving this email, the parcel tracking information may not yet reflect the latest status.

Your incoming order will usually be shipped within the next 2-3 days after receipt of payment. On weekends and public holidays there will inevitably be a delay in the delivery time. Your order will therefore arrive at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of payment.

The delivery of goods is regularly carried out by mail order and to the delivery address you have given us. To ensure that the items you order arrive reliably and quickly, we work with DHL- a partner with decades of experience in parcel shipping.

We only deliver to addresses in Germany and Austria. Therefore, the contract is concluded in German and you will receive all documents in German.
