Small but on the ball!

With the pastry wheel from the Easy Baking series, you can easily cut biscuit or pasta dough, such as ravioli or even puff pastry dishes in no time at all, decoratively and individually. The high-quality, smooth-running cutting wheel made of corrugated metal glides through the dough with almost no effort.

Thanks to its easy handling, it is also perfect for children as a substitute for the kitchen knife, because the sturdy and ergonomically shaped handle made of untreated beech wood lies firmly and securely in the hand and prevents slipping. It can be used by both left-handed and right-handed people.

Did you know that wood is very hygienic to use?

It has naturally antibacterial properties, so germs and bacteria don't stand a chance. In addition, it absorbs virtually no odours or aromas. To clean, simply remove dough residues with a damp cloth or briefly rinse with a little washing-up liquid. It is only important to dry it well afterwards. After use, it can also be hung up for storage thanks to the practical eyelet at the end of the handle.

We recommend rubbing the handle of the pastry wheel with a neutral oil from time to time - we like to use odourless rapeseed oil, it ensures that water is not absorbed so quickly by the wood, colouring food does not leave stains so quickly and the wood retains its original colour.

A small, indispensable baking helper that contributes to being able to act sustainably and ecologically in everyday life too.
