Do you know this too?

You want to quickly roll out some shortcrust pastry for a delicious quiche and start rolling out the dough with your rolling pin, but unfortunately it sticks to the work surface, was rolled out too small or too big or tears when you try to lift it into the mould?

That doesn't have to be the case

With the practical dough rollers from RBV Birkmann from the Easy Baking series, you can roll out dough directly in the baking tin or on the baking tray. A smooth-running plain bearing inside ensures that you can roll them out effortlessly and even with one hand. Thanks to the ergonomically shaped handles, they can be used by both right- and left-handed people.

For square shapes and smaller amounts of dough, the straight dough roller is perfect and for round shapes, the conically shaped roller. This way, the dough is rolled out evenly to the edges in no time at all.

By the way, when selecting the wood, we made sure that it comes from sustainably managed forests. So we chose robust, untreated beech wood.

And did you know that wood is very hygienic to use?

It has naturally antibacterial properties, so germs and bacteria don't stand a chance. What's more, it absorbs virtually no odours or aromas. To clean, simply remove the dough residue with a damp cloth or briefly rinse with a little washing-up liquid. It is only important to dry it well afterwards. After use, you can hang it decoratively in the kitchen for storage thanks to the practical eyelet at the end of the handle.

We recommend rubbing the dough roller with a neutral oil from time to time - we like to use odourless rapeseed oil, it prevents water from being absorbed by the wood so quickly, colouring food does not leave stains so quickly and the wood retains its original colour.

We think this little baking helper is definitely one of those things that make life easier!
