To use the cookie cutters, press the cutter into the rolled-out dough, lift it off the dough and then carefully remove the cut-out shape. For delicate shapes and somewhat sticky doughs, press the edge of the mould into flour first and then use it. This prevents the dough from sticking to the mould. Cleaning Cleaning the stainless steel cookie cutters and nozzles is particularly easy: rinse them with warm water and a mild washing-up liquid after use. For stubborn dough residue, it can be helpful to use a small brush or toothpick. They are also dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend cleaning them by hand to maintain their shape and shine.
