Do you also know this?

Some biscuits in the oven are already dark, the others unfortunately still far too light - and that's only because you didn't get the dough rolled out evenly. With the rolling out sticks from the Easy Baking theme world by RBV Birkmann, this problem is a thing of the past.

The 3-piece set in thicknesses of 3, 5 and 10 mm and each 35 cm long are made of untreated beech wood and come from sustainably managed forests.

Food-safe and tasteless, they are also perfect for rolling out marzipan, fondant, pasta and pizza dough and much more.

Depending on the desired thickness, choose the appropriate rolling sticks and place them far enough apart so that the rolling stick rests on both sticks. Place the dough between the rolling pins, press them briefly flat and then roll out the dough easily and evenly.

By the way, did you know that wood is very hygienic to use? It has naturally antibacterial properties, so germs and bacteria don't stand a chance. It also absorbs virtually no odours or aromas. After use, dough residues can simply be brushed off or removed with a damp cloth. Very stubborn residue can also be rinsed off briefly with a little washing-up liquid under running water. It is only important to dry the rolling pins well afterwards.

We recommend rubbing the rolling pins with a neutral oil from time to time - we like to use odourless rapeseed oil for this. It ensures that water is not absorbed so quickly by the wood, that staining food does not leave stains so quickly and that the wood retains its original colour.

And to make sure that nothing gets lost after use, the safety tape ensures that everything stays together and can be stored in a space-saving way.

An indispensable baking aid - indestructible, hard-wearing and which also helps to act sustainably and ecologically in everyday life.
