Product features and recommendations
The tinplate cookie cutters are characterised by their lightness and versatility. The material is particularly suitable for occasional use and offers excellent value for money.
The surface of tinplate is rust-protected, but not rust-proof. Please follow the cleaning instructions to enjoy the mould for a long time.
To use the cookie cutters, press the cutter into the rolled-out dough, lift it off the dough and then carefully remove the cut-out shape. For delicate shapes and somewhat sticky doughs, press the edge of the mould into flour first and then use it. This prevents the dough from sticking to the mould.
Cleaning
Tinplate cookie cutters should only be cleaned by hand. Rinse them with warm water and a mild washing-up liquid and dry them thoroughly immediately to prevent rust from forming. For stubborn dough residue, it may be helpful to use a small brush or toothpick
Store the moulds in a dry and well-ventilated place to prolong their life. To protect the coating, sharp cleaning agents or coarse sponges should be avoided.
Safety instructions
Our cookie cutters are designed for safety and have a flanged edge and a sharper edge.
When using the cookie cutters, please make sure to use the flanged edge for the inside of your hand. The other side is sharp-edged so that the mould can be finely cut out of the dough.
However, we recommend that children under the age of 3 are only used under supervision to ensure a safe baking experience.
Only use the cookie cutters for their intended purpose. Improper use may impair the function or damage the product.
Check the products regularly for wear or damage. Products with visible cracks or breaks should be disposed of to avoid injury or unintentional material residues in food.
