These convince with their high-quality brand non-stick coating and are made of excellent carbon steel. The pastries are very easy to remove from the mould thanks to the loose lifting base. Of course, the baking tins are PFOA-free and made in proven Birkmann quality. They are temperature-resistant up to 230 °C and can be cleaned gently by hand after baking.
