Leave the cake to cool slightly in the pan. Before turning the cake over or removing it from the tin, use a plastic cake remover or wooden stick to carefully loosen it from the sides of the pan. For non-stick baking pans, we recommend lightly rubbing the inside with vegetable oil. Then rinse with hot water and dry well.
