A cake usually requires additional work. Unlike pies, where fillings are baked with the pie itself, fillings or toppings are added to cakes at a later stage. Furthermore, a cake usually consists of more than one layer. For example, a cake base made of classic pastry can be garnished with fruit, a base can be cut in half and rejoined with a cream or covered with an outer layer in the form of buttercream, fondant or a ganache. However, the classic basis for a cake is the springform pan. This baking pan is available in many variations: if the baking pan needs to be round shaped, you can choose from different sizes between 18cm and 28cm. Thus, you can also find a very small baking pan in our shop.

To be able to gain height with some layers, the cake ring will help you. This is an absolute must for multi-tier cakes and makes layering much easier. The cake ring is adjustable in width and therefore fits a small cake as well as a larger cake.
