Wonderfully crispy rolls from your home bakery. With the bun tray from the series Laib & Seele of RBV Birkmann, you can easily bake your favourite rolls yourself. And the beauty is, you determine the ingredients and thus know exactly what's in it! Whether wheat, wholemeal or rye rolls. Whether sweet muesli rolls or as a salty variant - there are no limits to your creativity here. And to give the rolls their characteristic appearance, the shape ensures that the dough does not spread during rising. The high-quality and specially perforated carbon steel supports optimal heat distribution and serves to allow excess moisture to escape during baking. This ensures golden brown and particularly crispy rolls! Thanks to the excellent brand-name non-stick coating, no baking paper is required, because they release from the mold almost by themselves - even without any annoying greasing.

Before first use Thank you for choosing our product. Please remove all packaging materials and labels before first use. Then clean the product with warm water and a mild detergent to remove any production residues. Dry the product thoroughly before using it. Product features and recommendations Our baking pans are made of high-quality carbon steel, which ensures even heat distribution and optimum baking results. The durable non-stick coating makes it easy to release the baked goods and facilitates cleaning. The robust material guarantees dimensional stability and a long service life so that you can enjoy your baking tin for a long time. The baking pans are suitable for use in conventional ovens up to a temperature of 230°C. Do not use an empty baking tin in the oven, as the product quality may be impaired. To protect the non-stick coating, please only use heat-resistant kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or plastic. Do not use knives or sharp objects, as these can scratch the surface of the product. We recommend lightly greasing the baking pan before first use to achieve the best baking results. Leave the cake to cool slightly in the pan. Before turning the cake over or removing it from the tin, use a plastic cake remover or wooden stick to carefully loosen it from the sides of the pan. For non-stick baking pans, we recommend lightly rubbing the inside with vegetable oil. Then rinse with hot water and dry well. The resulting protective film ensures a long service life and supports the non-stick effect. We recommend repeating this process from time to time. Cleaning After each use, clean the cooled baking pan by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects that could damage the non-stick coating. To ensure the longevity of the product, do not clean the baking pans in the dishwasher. If rinsing water collects on the underside of the rim, this can lead to rust spots. This is part of the material properties of carbon steel and is therefore not a material defect and does not affect the functionality of the product. Safety instructions Avoid contact with naked flames or direct heat. Protect yourself and always use oven gloves when handling hot objects. Only use the baking pans for their intended purpose. Improper use can impair the function or damage the product. Baking pans should only be used by children under adult supervision, especially if they contain sharp or moving parts. Check the products regularly for wear or damage. Products with visible cracks or breaks should be disposed of to avoid injury or unintentional material residues in food.
